San Diego County health officials have issued a warning regarding the dangers of purchasing counterfeit Botox from unverified sources after a recent incident involving a woman who may have contracted botulism. The 43-year-old resident bought a product labeled as Botox from an unauthorized online seller and received the injection at a "Botox Party" in Mexico.
